The first donation ceremony of the fifth board of directors of the Western Returned Scholars Foundation (WRSF) was held in Beijing

Chen Zhili, deputy chair of the standing committee of the 11th National People's Congress; Mo Wenxiu, the chair of the fifth session of the board of WRSF; Li Bo, level1 inspector and deputy director of the Department of Charity Promotion and Social Work of the Ministry of Civil Affairs; Guo Tao, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president of Renmin University of China; Zhang Rujie, vice-chair the chair of the fifth session of the board of WRSF attended the donation ceremony.

At the donation ceremony, Huada, Liaoning Shuguang Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and Zhonghang Guobao Real Estate Co., Ltd. and other caring enterprises donated a total of 41.3 million yuan for scientific and technological poverty alleviation, medical poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation, to implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council's series of decisions and deployments on poverty alleviation, to transform the foundation's responsibility into practical actions to benefit people's livelihood and warm their hearts, and to respond to the people's aspiration for a better life.
