Tianjin high-end equipment manufacturing and smart talent innovation the establishment of the entrepreneurship alliance is to implement the talent strategy of CPC, giving full play to the advantages of the system in China, integrating the resources advantage, to mobilize the initiative and creativity, promote cutting-edge technology research and development and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and gradually replace foreign key technologies with domestic ones. Yu Yunlin said that the alliance should aim at the difficult problems of enterprise development, gather the policy, platform, project and service resources of the members of the city's talent work leading group, and help enterprises develop healthily and rapidly. We should focus on the development needs of enterprises, give the information that enterprises need, train talents for those industry that are in need, achieve a high degree of fit between university talent training and enterprise development needs. To guide upstream and downstream enterprises, establish a common technology platform, increase the collaborative research on industrial foundation and key technologies, create a high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing industry cluster with high spatial concentration, close upstream and downstream synergy, intensive and efficient supply chain, and contribute wisdom.

Feng Weihua, Party Secretary of Beichen District, Tianjin, said that Beichen District always takes talents as the primary resource in development. After the establishment of the alliance, we will build a China alumni economic service base, an innovation base for the integration of industry and education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, a national intellectual base for science and innovation, build a talent housing project, build a talent innovation and entrepreneurship fund, nurture talent, attract talent, retain talent and use talent for the alliance, promote the deep integration of talent recruitment and investment, and construct a high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing industry cluster and talent highland.
