History will remember this wonderful moment. On 19 December 2020, with the generous donations from caring companies, the Western Returned Scholars Foundation (WRSF) moved to No.1 East Chang'an Street - Oriental Plaza in Beijing.

Mo Wenxiu, the Chair of WRSF pointed out that WRSF has a long history, unique position and bears a heavy responsibility. She stressed that WRSF shall focus on the China's overall development, take China’s first class foundations as benchmark, enhance the capacity of scientific and standardized management, focus on building a new brand for public welfare projects, improve institutional credibility. Take efforts to construct WRSF as a public welfare organization that has public recognition, domestic well-known, international influential and the satisfactory from the registration and supervisory authority.

Mo Wenxiu urged the foundation to make new contributions to human resource services, safety and health, and think tank advice, and to play a role in the China’s development.

First, we must stand higher, focus on the overall situation, serve the center, base ourselves on the domestic, face the world, and make a difference.

Second, we need to innovate and develop, and constantly solve the problems of knowledge panic, skill panic and ability panic, so as to meet the needs of the new development stage, new development concept and new development pattern.

Third, we should work together to cultivate talents of the foundation, and promote the formation of a “culture for all “atmosphere.

Fourth, we must work hard, be honest and self-disciplined, operate in a standardized manner, and push forward the development of foundations with high standards.
