Yu Yunlin said that the high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship fund is an important initiative of WRSF to support the work of talents in Tianjin. In the second half of 2020, Tianjin took the optimization of talent innovation and entrepreneurship as a breakthrough, and set up ten industrial talent innovation and entrepreneurship alliances. Since the establishment of the High-end Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance, a number of big and good projects have been signed and landed, and a large number of outstanding talents and R&D teams have been stationed one after another. Since the establishment of the Tianjin High-end Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance, Beichen district of Tianjin has signed cooperation agreements with WRSF, the school planning and construction development center of the Ministry of Education, the Development Research Think Tank of China Innovation Science Park, the Alumni Economic Service Center and other units to build a talent public welfare fund, a talent innovation and entrepreneurship park, a talent housing project, so that talent in Tianjin Beichen District, so that talents could live and work in peace and happiness. The Tianjin High-end Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, built in cooperation with Beichen District of Tianjin, is located in Beichen Development Zone, with an industrial space of 190,000 square meters. At the event, Tianjin Beichen District signed a deepening cooperation agreement on high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship fund with WRSF and Tianhe Intelligence Industry Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.. The first phase of High-level Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund for 2021 will raise 50 million RMB, and 20 million RMB has been raised so far.
