On April 7, 2021, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Beichen District, Tianjin Municipality, WRSF and Tianhe Intelligence Industry Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. signed the Agreement on the Deepening Cooperation of High-level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund & "Polaris" Talent Development Fund in Beijing.
